What we usually get asked before the first contract.
How much does development cost?
All pricing is on request. After the first call we come back within 3–5 days with a stage-by-stage breakdown and a concrete proposal for your scope. No hidden extras: everything included in the price is fixed in writing before we start.
How fast can a team start?
If the team is free — 1–2 weeks from contract signing. If a specialized stack is needed — 3–4 weeks for sourcing and onboarding.
Which currencies do you work in?
EUR, USD and CZK by default. Settlements via bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) or Wise. Invoices with full details for your accounting.
How are you different from a typical agency?
We do not resell other people’s hands. The same engineering team that builds our own products (WWWZHE, VISSO, CASHPRO 24/7) works on client projects. Fewer handoffs — less broken telephone.
How do you protect confidentiality?
An NDA at the start is standard practice. Access on a need-to-know basis. Isolated environments, separate credentials, a transparent audit log.
Do you work with companies from the EU and the US?
Yes. Most of our projects are outside Ukraine — in the EU and the US. We support GDPR requirements, prepare due diligence document packages, and work in your time zone.
What happens if I want to stop working together?
We hand over everything: code, infrastructure, documentation, keys and passwords. No penalties, no hostage-taking.
Who owns the accounts, data and code?
You do, fully. Domains, analytics and platform accounts are created under your ownership or transferred to you. Code, design and content become your intellectual property upon payment.
