How is this different from Horoshop or Prom.ua?
Horoshop and Prom are SaaS platforms: you rent functionality and pay monthly. Our store is your own code on your own hosting. No subscription payments to a platform, no functional limits, full independence.
How do I import products from my old store?
If you have a CSV export or an API — we import automatically. If only photos and texts — we help with a manual transfer. We estimate the volume after the first call.
Can I add products myself after launch?
Yes. The admin panel is built for non-technical people: adding a product is like posting on Facebook — name, photo, price, category. Bulk import via Excel is included.
What does post-launch support include?
Bug fixes, server maintenance, library updates. Not included: new features, design changes, marketing. If you need growth — we discuss it separately.
Can new features be added later?
Yes. We hand over the code and documentation — you can grow it with us or with any other team. No lock-in, as a matter of principle.
How is development paid for?
50% upfront, 50% after launch and acceptance. For bigger packages — staged payments by milestones. Settlements in EUR, USD or CZK via bank, Wise or LiqPay.
What if I do not like the result?
The base package includes one round of revisions. If you radically change the concept after the brief and approved structure — that is billed separately. But if we did something differently from what was agreed — we fix it for free.
Can I edit the copy myself afterwards?
Yes. We hand over the source code and all access. If you want a convenient admin interface for editing — it is available as an option.
Can you build a multilingual version?
Yes, as a separate option. We build a full multilingual version with a language switcher — not just a Google Translate pass.
